• Add your company logo (branding)Upload and frame your company logo so it prints at the top of every exported inventory document.
• Company document detailsSet the address, phone, license, USDOT number, and custom header and footer text that print on every exported inventory.
• Paper size and condition photosChoose US Letter or A4 for the exported inventory, and decide whether condition photos are attached to it.
• AI photo analysisTurn on cloud AI so item photos suggest pre-existing damage, item names, and carton counts. Off by default; the crew confirms everything.
• Inventory defaults (truck and agent numbers)Pre-fill the truck # and agent # on new jobs created on this device. Order and LOT numbers are always entered fresh.
• Team members and rolesSee who's in your workspace, understand the four roles, and share the crew code so teammates can join.
