Van Line Pro vs. Driver HQ
We run Driver HQ on real moves, and Van Line Pro was built to replace it. This comparison covers what Driver HQ does well and where it falls short, with every claim tied to a public source you can check.
What Driver HQ does well
Driver HQ handles the core job: electronic descriptive inventories with barcodes, high-value declarations, signatures, time-stamped photos, offline work, and an ISO 17451-1 compliance claim. Van-line agents have used it to defend real claims, and it earned its place in the industry.
Where it falls short
What public reviews report
App Store reviewers describe “too many bugs that need attention” and support calls that “fall on deaf ears.” On Google Play, a reviewer reported the app “down with a HTML issue since before Thanksgiving.” Reliability on move day is the reason this product exists.
Availability
As of July 2026, MoveHQ's pricing page doesn't list plans. It states they're not accepting new customers and offers a waitlist. Van Line Pro is available to sign up for today.
Dashboard access
MoveHQ's materials route driver data to the office through its Warehouse and CRM products: the driver taps “Save to Server” and the warehouse imports by order number. No standalone admin dashboard is advertised for Driver HQ alone. Van Line Pro's web dashboard is included with every company account.
Measurement
Driver HQ predates LiDAR sensors and on-device AI, and its public materials show neither. Cube comes from lookup tables and visual estimates. Van Line Pro measures the piece with LiDAR, because tariff billing runs on cube and a measured number is defensible.
